I was big. I almost went into competitions. I was ridiculously strong too. Just throwing weight around like an ape. Probably why I have a bad back now >:( It does make me mad to know how hard I worked to get that big and how quickly it left. The old saying use it or loose it applies here. But my body has good memory. I lift for a short time and see results. But I honestly would not want to deal with all the eating, supplements and workouts again. I am into the cross fit action sports now. I hate the gym.
I've grown tired of this.

I was a little smaller in high school. 6'5" and was around 225 with 5-6% BF. If I would have known then the nutrition stuff I know now I probably could have made the 235 mark. Lots of weights and year around sports.

How is everyone doing? March is my change up with workouts and thank god because 8 weeks of the same routine is driving me crazy at this point.

Stepping up my Bjj for comp in april. Still around 231-233 on body weight.

Corneal abrasions suck. Ny vision is fuxed up for a few days.

I have been hitting the gym almost everyday for 5 weeks now. Finally starting to get the diet down. It's amazing how hard it is to eat 2300 calories of good food.

Oh yea, I'm down 10 pounds so far. Seven more weeks to go.

This must be backwards week. I have not done cardio but one day this week and hit the weights three days and Bjj four days and some how I dropped down to 230 lbs. Crazy. Might push for that 229 mark over the weekend.

Oh and I got my Green belt in Bjj Monday night, I am half way to Blue.

I hit 227 on the scale this morning. That's 12 pounds in 5 weeks.

Larry, I'm guessing that when your doing you BJJ your getting your cardio in.

If you were taking Tae kwon do you would be a black belt all ready! I love BJJ, I wish I had the time to get back in it. but I move around too much.

Keep it up, sounds like your doing a good job at it!

How is everybody doing?
I am down to the 229-231 range now.
Still hitting the weights 3 days aweek
Adaptive motion trainer/elliptical 5 days a week.
Jui-jitsu 4 to 6 days.

As long as I stay under 235 I am happy.

Still at it every day. I am in the weight room 5 days a week. Started doing cardio again, hate it, but needed.
