Went to buy a smaller belt and some new pants at lunch today and discovered that I have dropped another size since December.
That's 10 sizes since this time last year.

dang Larry, your going to look like a high school kid if you keep that up!

Good ol friday... Leg and shoulder day. Anyone else hate working legs? Ordered some BCAA's from Bodybuilding and should be here Monday  {letseat}

Legs,  </HANGING/> I hated leg days. I would either throw up or almost pass out everytime. I hit them hard in the day. NO MORE! ;D

Anyone have any experience with the "Shock Doctor" Knee support? I love running, but the pain the next day is killer!!

Week 5 or p90x. I'm up 18lbs and i have gained an inch in every measurement, except my waist in which i have gained 1.5 inches.

Holding steady in the 231/234 range. I took 5 days off from jui-jitsu to try and heal up some injuries and took some of those days off form cardio and weights too.
Might make a push to see 229 by this Saturday.

My lifting is going up slowly but that is fine my me. Up is better than down and I only lift 3 days a week. Cardio is still 5 days a week but I am hating the elliptical and been hitting the adaptive motion trainer.

Have not measured any thing since the 1st week of janurary might be time to do it again.

Time off will help you. You need rest! The body will react better when you take time off and hit it again. Keep it up guys!
