I tell every white person to vote librarian, regardless of position on the issues...and then I tell them to go eat fried chicken.

I would say the same to every black person.

I see no need for outrage.

I question the decision making of anyone that votes Libertarian when there is no chance of them winning.  They should vote for the next worse choice like I do.

A 2 party system is our only chance at preventing total socialism.  3 parties split the conservative vote and allow the libs more wins. 

I'm for far less government but the tea party will hold national office before the libertarian party does.

Both the UK and Canada have a 3-party system, and both have current conservative governments.

Yes, agree.  Their conservative is close to our liberal left wingers... Not our definition of conservative. 

3 parties will never result in a true financially and socially conservative party in power here.

They are far more socialist than we are and much further down that path than we are, but we are headed that way.

I'm for a vote for every tax dollar paid.

Doug, I am interpreting from your statements that you believe fiscal liberals will rally together while fiscal conservatives, because they are in different parties, will not be able to rally together.  I do not agree with that belief.

I do believe the liberal and conservative vote will be reduced/split when there is another option available that isn't anti-abortion, pro-huge corporations, anti-government, and pro-war.
