My Goals:
1. Wheel more, hopefully around once a month.
2. Address my bent up rear end so I can finally mount my spare again
3. Armor up underneath
4. Beef up and lock my front D30
5. Focus more on school, less on Jeeps  </LMAO/>  :hlp

Borrowing this from another board I like to visit.
What's everyone trying to accomplish this year? Let's get this all written down so we can at least look back and say "well he didn't have any goals, thats why he's sitting on the couch..."

Get all the rest of the parts for my LS swap.
Get my coilovers on my Jeep.
Wheel at least once every 3 weeks.
Make sure my Jeep is together for my trip to Moab in May.

1. Still a work on it.
2. Almost there, just don't want to take the jeep apart with Jeepfest and so many other rides this close.
3. Check
4. Check

1.  Wheel it once a month
2.  Hit the big parks:  Moab/Harlan/Coal Creek/Adventure Off Road
3.  Keep my eyes and ears open to learn from others(what TO do and what NOT to do in certain situations)
4.  Be conspicuous with number 3 so my son will learn to do this as well
5.  Make time to help new members with their builds or goals
6.  Cage - ordered...hell yeah
7.  Hydro assist - under research now

edit:  8. figure out a way to get in the driver seat of Larry's newly LS'd rig!

my mid year review
1.  so far so good, missed Gulches bc the jeep was down
2.  Moab, Harlan and Adventure so far, looking forward to Coal Creek in Nov
3.  always learning
4.  Hayden did the last half of Pritchett Canyon in Moab, I was pretty damn proud.
5.  Have helped a little but not everyone has PB&J's
6.  cage done
7.  Hydro assist, got a bead on some used stuff, may come around soon.

Make 3 more rides
Ride in with someone who is really experienced over some hard stuff
Spec out a rear locker
Get quick disconnects (Rock Krawler I think)
Learn to drive better!

1.  Hit Gulches 2x, missed Chocco though, did obstacles and rides at Jeepfest
2.  Went to Harlan w/JRay rode with
3. 4.  Got front, rear lockers, better tires, disconnects, front axle work.
5.  Debatable, but I'm hitting some big obstacles now and there is no body damage yet

I'll start

1.  I made out ok on this goal, my rig let me down a few times and has seen jackstand over rocks the last few months.
2.  Missed Windrock...see number 1
3.  Done
4.  Done, Hayden did the back half of Pritchitt Canyon and impressed a number of locals and cralwed a few lines at Gulches and Morris Mountain that I haven't' done.
5.  I give myself a C on this.  I have been active on the interweb but have not made it out to more than one members workday
6.  Done
7.  Not Done - made an executive decision and jumped on a used supercharger instead.  Hydro Assist will be a 2014 goal.  Already have some parts acquired.

8.  Larry did not put the engine in but I did get to wheel it with the 4.0 up and down El Presidente on a jeepfest workday.  Hell yeah!

1. Fab an oil pan skid.
2. Find some air shocks for the front.
3. Suspension seats.
4. 37s
5. Get alternative transportation
6. Make some rides, especially Harlen.
7. Put the jeep through the ringer.

1. Done
2. Nope
3. Nope
4. Decided to stay on 35s but did get tires.
5. Done and then sold it. Jeeps is primary again.
6. "Some" must of meant a couple, that didnt work out the way I wanted.
7. Since 6 didnt happen, 7 was just so so.

1. Get my axles locked and Rocked ready to roll over anything.

2. Swap my body lift with a real suspention

3. See more trees, rocks, and lakes ( trails )

4. Learn more about my jeep and its capabilities.

just to start off  {cheers2} {popcorn} {cheers2}

1. 1/2 done
2. Actually added a small body lift for TT cause I had all sups lift. ( had no idea what I had at the time of the post )
3. Was on almost every ride ( short moab and Harlan )
4. Did a very good job on that.  To the point of now Im gonna trailer it instead of drive it to events.

All in al I think I did pretty good with my goals.  They were small but I have barely had the jeep for a year and I think its come a good ways from when I first bought it as well as my driving abilities.  Look forward to more learning and new stuffs for the jeep in 2014.

My modest goals were to pull transmissions and transfer case on the buggy to fix problems.  Didn't happen before Moab, and although both are pulled they haven't been re-installed.  Transmission case was cracked so needed another.  Stak TC was toast, so bought an Atlas.  Both are waiting to be installed, hopefully in the next couple of weeks.

Still considering going full hydro some time or other, but it hasn't happened.
