and periodic checks should have been done.

He put them on like two weeks ago.

Not RC. Can't remember the brand. But Tony is right, not been long since I put them on. See my build misc thread. The tech who pulled the other side while checking the passenger hub said 3 of the lugs were hand tight!! Wow, never again. Ran a set for years with my stock canyon wheels with NO issues. So who knows? Crazy.
I've grown tired of this.

It's a mystery to me. I saw the spacer and the bolts and the strange thing is that none of the bolts looks wallowed or damaged on the threads or the outside. Seems like if they were coming loose they would get damaged, especially on the threads.

I used spacers on my TJ for 2 years. Have had them on my JK for about a year. I check them at tire rotation and any other time I have a wheel off. Use thread locker and proper torque. I have never even found one bolt even slightly loose.

Just strange.

Sorry it took me so long but here is the first of my videos. Yeah I know it's a more "modern" audio track but it was easy to load and use.....

Man that's crazy. Glad everything is alright and there was no more damage than the little that did happen.

Were the spacer nuts flat on one end and a cone on the other end? If so, the cone end should go against the spacer, different that you would normally think.

The red anodized spacer makes it look like synergy brand.

On Friday night when I was talking about my wobble at 40, had my rotors turned, wheels balanced, and rotated and its much better. I helped balance them and one of the rims must have a slight defect at the mounting surface in it because it would balance out perfect like the others.

Holy______!  That's scary. I'm going to go check my spacers now.
Glad to hear you all are fine and you made it home safely.

They are Synergy spacers. RCX's are machined billit finish and they are hub centric.

The only spacers by Synergy I'm finding are hubcentric. Their adapters, however, come in lug or hub centric.

I hope you can get something good out  of this.

I have Spidertrax 1.25" spacers and IIRC they came with red loctite.   I haven't checked them in a while, but I've been riding them for about 15K miles.  I guess I'll take a look at them when I rotate the tires.

I'm glad all will be ok.
