Now i am giving it away to get it out of my driveway...
Great running XJ in normal, used condition. Inside could use a good carpet cleaning and the drivers armrest has come unglued. Outside the paint is in good condition with minor fading on the flares. A few bumps on the bumpers but otherwise good condition. Top end redone about a year and a half ago (New head, head gasket and all the other things that go with it and yes, I did replace the head bolts and didn't reuse them). I have replaced the radiator, water pump, hoses and t-stat as well when i did this so the entire top end and cooling system is new. Motor mounts could use a solid refresh but otherwise everything else works as it should. Heat and A/C work great...just an all around good running vehicle with almost new tires. Windshield has a rock hit but its smaller than a dime and has not spread in almost 3 years so i have not worried about it. Brakes and rotors were done about a year ago as well.
I would really like to sell it to someone here that can enjoy the I6 and the care I have given it. The XJ has 241K on it and pulls strong on the highway with no sounds of anything going out. It does have a lot of miles but I have drives this as a DD for 2 1/2 years and back and fourth to SC on a regular basis so I can say with confidence that it is a reliable vehicle. I never abused it and the oil was changed by myself on a 3k mile basis.
