I just had someone come directly at me, in my lane, on a divided highway...actually pretty scary because when I used the brakes I slide significantly.  What an a-hole.

That's a Benz after it took out a fire hydrant. The pressure of the water gushing under the car created a sink hole and that baby disappeared. Water will be off for the next week they're saying.  That road was a mess.

7 hours from Marietta to my house ... unbelievable. Not very impressed with the Paulding county emergency services folks. I had to tow a fire truck out of my way .... yes a damn fire truck. I'm headed to the liquor cabinet glad to be home.

In everyone's defense the Nat'l weather service in there infinite wisdom told everyone that there would only be a "dusting" north of atlanta. BS on that! LOL

Took the wife out to eat for her birthday. I decided to take a stroll through town to admire the snow, as we come around the turn leaving town, we spotted some blue lights. We proceeded to check it out and found a young kid was way off the road and through a fence. The bed was destroyed. We asked if they needed some help, of course they did, so I just turned around and went into the ravine after him. Turns out he was hit by an oncoming tractor trailer that was sliding in his lane. The driver of said semi didn't even stop to see if he killed anyone. Hit & run. After 15 minutes I had all the barbed wire cut off his axle, broke off the rest of his bumper that was hung up, and drug him back up the hill. Nothing like being prepared. Of course compensation was offered but I had to refuse, I had too much fun doing it ;)
