Bottom line it's how your raised. I was raised around guns from a very early age and so have my kids. You learn respect for them and what they do.

It was geared toward very young kids, essentially 8 and under. It as a good show if you can find it recorded somewhere, watch it

It may be on YouTube.  I found an abc special about Appalachian kids on YouTube the other day, so I know some stuff does get published there.

I was raised around guns, too, and I have never shot anyone...that was ever reported ;)  It is amazing that my brother didn't shoot someone considering his temperament, so perhaps it is truly related to bring raised around them with responsible parents. 

I'm interested in finding a copy of the show.
