This unit was only used for a little over 2 years as a LAN Room AC unit at our now closed office. It's been in dry, heated storage for about 2 years since then. It comes with everything you see in the photos - including the ceiling tile vent duct. It's in nice shape and is ready to go..just come pick it up.
