It is used but in very good shape. Works perfectly and comes with all the accessories shown in the Amazon link.

Fills my 37's from 10 PSI to 28 in about 4 to 5 minutes each.

It's a great pump. I have used it a few times. Works really well and packs up in a nice carry case
