Forest Service trails are pretty much where you show stay.  Beasley Knob will likely cause some damage, depending on the trail you choose.  I have not been to a dedicated off-road park that could be enjoyed in a full size truck.

Curious, never been to a park. Why should I stick to forest roads?  To long of a wheel base? No lockers? AT tires? Not enough lift?   I can probably fit 35's on my truck but I read that with the 10 bolt rear end I have that I shouldn't.

Only money is holding me back from getting a Jeep!

Long wheel base. Bad breakover clearance and Turing radius.

Break-over point & turning radius are two major reasons why it is not recommended to take a full size truck rock crawling. Not to say you can't go with us, but you may consider grabbing shotgun in someone's rig the first time you go, to checkout the trails.

Seriously...come out with us on the next possible offroad park ride and take go shotgun with one of us...you will likely be hunting down a short wheelbase, high clearance vehicle to buy.

I can't speak for Adventure (the next open ride, which is this month), but I can tell you that you do not want to miss Gulches in October...awesome park and GATR Fest is an awesome event.

Gulches sounds like a plan!  Looking forward to it!  I guess I play around in the local trails around here, Charlie's creek, trey mountain, bell mountain, and several forest roads .
