I see you have the Excalibur...how do you like it?  I have been using my circle one that just uses the coil heating element and I get good results but I love the capacity of yours.

Yes the Excalibur. Jacqie loves it. She does fruit and vegetables all the time.

We left the house all day. I should have pulled the smaller pieces off earlier. Also need a hair more red pepper flake but all in all for the first time I would say success. We will play with some different flavors now.
