I saw that kit in the store. It's a very impressive "starter" kit or mayby a trail kit. A little big to keep in the jeep but when/if I ever graduate back to a trailer queen I would keep it on the tow pig.

That impressive tool "count" is pumped up by all the allen wrenches and nut driver inserts, most of which are pretty unusable from a practical sense.  Allen wrenches that are all jumbled in a pouch are just inconvenient.  On the trail you want the kind that folds into a handle.  But you're getting 155 sockets/ratchets/wrenches for $100, so still reasonable, and Lowes has been great on in-store warranty for the 2 things I've ever broken.

Personally if they had a smaller set like that minus the allen wrenches and the like I'd go for it instead.

I have broken three Lowes/kobalt pieces and they replaced them no questions asked.

I prefer Allen wrenches on a T handle or that fit on a socket...but when you need one, anything will do if it is the right size.

Harbor Freight sent me a sale paper today & they have a tool kit on sale for $37. I'd rather loose the HF tools on the trail than my Craftsman.

This is what I do...I leave the good ones at the house and take the HF ones out.
