So I just confirmed my skid plates will not be here in time for the ride. I was really hoping to have them on before I hit the trails. I really want to go, but I want to drive myself home also. I'm on the fence now about going. Are there any easy trails where I might not have to worry about it?

if the jeep jamboree is there, there are probably a ton of easy trails.

How well does this place drain?

Probably going to see some rain at some point this weekend.

It rained the last time we were there.
Trail to trail was dirty, but not too bad.  Wet rocks stink, but there isn't much you can do about that.

This is a rock park...it will be fun.

Black diamonds are tough...I can't remember how accurate the blues were.

This park is plenty big enough for two big groups. We split into easy - moderate - hard groups so you should be safe with out skids + you have factory skid plates.

Awesome!  I have the first gen but love it.  You'll get some good use out of that!

Looking forward to it! I never really cared to have one, then realized how nice it will be to have on wheeling trips.

If you bought a annual pass last year, don't forget to bring it.

Go head and get a cube shaped Glad container to make ice blocks with. Opening and closing it all day will make it perform like any old cooler but the ice block and keeping minimal air space with loose ice, drinks, ect. will make it shine.
