Awesome!  I have the first gen but love it.  You'll get some good use out of that!

Looking forward to it! I never really cared to have one, then realized how nice it will be to have on wheeling trips.
Go head and get a cube shaped Glad container to make ice blocks with. Opening and closing it all day will make it perform like any old cooler but the ice block and keeping minimal air space with loose ice, drinks, ect. will make it shine.

Good idea, I was also told to bring it inside the night before (if it's hot) to help keep it cooler.  I noticed with the yeti tumblers that makes a huge difference. Cold water + ice lasted 21 hours before the last sliver of ice melted. Still cold for several more.

All packed other than food a drinks. Will get tomorrow on lunch break and be checked off. Should be arriving by 9:30pm or so. GPS says basically 4 hour drive. 5pm can't come soon enough!

This is what I do for my cheapo coolers...it works awesome.  I have one form that is exactly the size of the bottom of my cooler.  I also use solo-like cups that I acquire from work (used by me) that i will fill and freeze.   Part of it is being cheap, but it is very effective too.

Loaded and ready to roll.  I'll get in early, but I need to do winch line maintenance before hitting a trail.

PSA for the alcohol value minded folks...Tennessee sucks with their laws, so if you want high alcohol beer or beer-like beverages (mang-o-ritas, etc), be sure to load up in Georgia...6% cap in Tennessee, but 8% in Georgia.

So...as you know, blue Wes is usually a punk, but today he raised his status a bit with some awesome maps of Windrock.   We have a nighttime planning map set, a set of mini maps for group leaders, and I made some super-mini maps for the early arrivers.

Be sure to fist him.

Because nothing ever goes as planned I will be slightly delayed in my arrival to Windrock. Hoping to get there this evening. We'll see how everything transpires...

I will be heading out of winder at 5 on the dot. Hopefully nothing comes up before I roll out. Should be in by 9:30 or so. Clark, what spot are you in? I will set up and then swing by for a map. I do have a small amount of firewood for my pit but not enough for the entire trip. Temps are supposed to be cool at night so come prepared. I am talking to you @PHANTOM  //LMAO//
