I've got a magna flow muffler and pipe from muffler over axle and out the back

The guy that had this rig before me cut it from the front pipes back.  The muffler shops are telling me I have to get something called a dual manifold pipe thing ?  Basically All I need is to pass Emmisions.  Any tips.  It has the 2 o2 sensors on the front pipes near the headers then it goes back to a muffler.  Any suggestions on what could help me pass?

My uncle in Bartow just told me he would register it for me so I dont have to deal with this anymore YAY  Strait Pipes  and no CAT  bc No emmisions in Bartow
