Save me a seat on the bus, I'm in!

Our good friends live in Waynesville, NC.  There are a few breweries in town and a bunch around Asheville.  One place is called Frog Bottom Brewery.  The last time we went there I had 2 pints and half of my wife's and was shitfaced.  A lot of different beers that were all good.  Owned by a disabled vet.

My wife has been to the Guinness brewery in Dublin where she had her first. The guy told her it was the freshest Guinness she'd ever drink (6 days old).

Decided to check out two breweries in Charleston this evening.  I didn't do the tours. Palmetto didn't seem very intriguing and Revelry didn't really have one. Still tried some beer and checked it out

Palmetto.

Decent atmosphere, beers were just okay. I tried a flight of four. Ratings on untapped. Most were 3.5ish/5

Revelry. Tasting area/bar was in the same area as the brewery. More popular place, only tried one IPA here, not too bad.

I visited Palmetto a few years ago.  A hole in the wall run by hippies.  Good people and, well, they had beer.  The South Carolina laws have effed their breweries, relative to even Georgia.

I didn't know anyone could have more screwed up brewpub laws than Georgia
