I had a trailer tire blow out near Kennesaw.  Luckily I had the floor jack, battery powered impact, full set of impact sockets, and keys to the cable lock.  Took about 10 minutes of work to change, but sucks doing it on the side of a busy highway.

Another awesome trip to Harlan!  My upgrades proved to be functional. Fenders kept me off a rock in Your Turn, rear bumper drastically improved my departure angle. Here are a few pics from my phone, but I have more on my camera that I'll post later. 

Stumbled across this "safe" spot while we were waiting to get George's jeep towed.

Got home about 3pm today.  Tow Piglet and new trailer worked perfect. Smooth pull up and back.

Great trip!  Learned a few things as always:
1.  RCV's can break
2.  The trail on the far northeast part of the mountain, White Tail Crawl, is killer
And 3.  Drunk Justin is hilarious!

White tail is fun. Not so much in the rain when you're changing out a tire though. What part of your RCV broke?

Best trails for me were Mason Jar, Your Turn, and White Tail Crawl.  Also enjoyed the short Grapevine and Steel Hill obstacles.  First time @ Harlan and not breaking something.

Mine are good. Jorge, canejeep, broke the shoe side at the splines.

Well, I got back about 3 pm.  I unloaded the green machine and detailed the heck out of it.  Then I adjusted the suspension, cleaned all of the coolers, fixed my CB, and cleaned a bunch of parts I'm putting up for sale soon.  Pretty productive, I think.

























Oh...sorry, that was in a dream I had during the nap I took almost immediately after getting home.   

The jeep is off the trailer now.

Carnage report. Turns out I did sling a drive shaft weight on Whitetail. Pretty bad vibration at 78+mph. I first thought it was a rear end or tire but when I got home and really looked closely it was a weight on the DS. Front diff cover is now leaking from bashin several times and my bullydog tuner got wet from the rain and now won't turn on.  I have placed in front of a hair dryer and it is now in dry rice to see if it will recover. Overall an AWESOME week! can't wait til next year!
