I have 99 tj running 33 bfg km2 I have noticed that my passenger side front has weird tread wear on inside every other lug has worn way down more than the rest of tire. Help

Could be a tie rod end or ball joints. Check them all.

Ok I have factory draglink and a Rubi express tie rod the tie rod does not move but the draglink moves at the wheel and the pit arm in a rotating pattern
