I have been up since 7 shoveling gravel in my driveway. Ellijay is evacuating people that live by the river. We have got pounded up here since about 9 last night.

No problems for me, besides being annoyed. I was between Dallas, Marietta, and Kennesaw yesterday with no problems detected.

drive into work this morning was slow from Atlanta into Austell, When a wall of rain slowed traffic on I-20 down to 30mph. I hydro planed about 3 times. Trail grapplers like to hydro plane it seems......supposed to be sunny and 77 on Saturday....time for a pool party!

A ton of rain up here in Hiawassee. I can hear the creek 1/8 mile down the road raging. Detached garage is flooded, driveway is starting to look like Bell Mountain ruts!

Just a light shower and lots of lightning this morning at 6:30, but it's stopped now (south Forsyth County).

We had a lot of rain and lightening last night. No issues though, all good in Woodstock

Lake had been very high, area has washed out roads, damn had 7 flood gates open Tuesday, first time ever. All our stuff is ok I hope!

That sound of that small creek I heard was because it's about 4 feet deep now (usually about 6 inches). Also, I have a new waterfall and creek running down the mountain I live on, about 20 feet from my house and three feet from my firepit. It's about 2 feet wide, 6 inches deep and moving fast. Never ever been water there before. My garage has inch of standing water in it. Fun fun!
