torque specs for dana 44

Does anyone know what the spec for the ring gear and bearing cab are for the tj dana 44.  If i had to guess i would say 80 and 40-50.  I cant remember and i am pulling the 44 and lockright in the morning.

Also does the dana 30 use a crush sleeve?

Looks like 55 by this. I use the yukon gear chart but their working on the site.
