Ujoint dust
« on: February 13, 2016, 04:21:43 PM »
Decided to change the u joints on the truck today.  As soon as I dropped the driveshaft, they fell apart ( casing broke) and dust fell our, no berrings, no greasr, just dust.  Glad that happened in the garage and not on the trail or road.
Also, Chevy doesn't use clips. They use glue.  Had to heat  them up till glue sprayed out then press them out.

Oh yeah, most of y'all drive jeeps so this is useless info! Ha ha!

awesome stuff right there!  Finding it in the garage is sooo much better than on the trail.  Good job, sir.
