You need one out of an Explorer not a f150.  It will be lie 5 or 6 inches wider than your front .  There is a salvage yard in Griffin GA that sells complete 8.8s for $100.  I think i got the last one with disk brakes but they had over 100 with drums.

The F-150 axle will also have a different bolt pattern compared to the same one as your Jeep for the Explorer.
