I have been dealing with support for 2 weeks trying to get this issue solved.
the device a few weeks ago came on with a big red screen telling me that the software was out of date and to update using the fusion update software.
so i did, but the red screen stays, and its not letting me use the TD2.
for the record. support with them is sketchy at best, i tired calling, but finally had to send 2 emails before i got a response, then its like a 2-3 day wait between each email. now im stuck at the software saying no updates but still cant use the device.
