Anyone thinking about this, its worth it.
800 degree pizza was good tonight. Ceramic grill store has a lot of cool accessories for these grills.
X2
If I had not already built my outdoor kitchen I would be on this.
Pro tip...build your outdoor kitchen around TWO eggs instead of like me w just one. TCdawg sad
Beyond the mo betta, why?
Why two?
A few reasons.
Cook two different things at different temps. Using one as smoker (ribs, pork, etc) then still use other for grilling burgers, dogs, appetizers, etc
Large cooks, but still have flexibility. (I wouldn't want one XXL that I had to start up for smaller cooks) Pizza, nice to get two at a time going. Tons of ribs, pork, etc.
My favorite - reverse sear cooking. One grill set to low temp indirect, other full blast. Move steaks over from one egg to other instantly.
Cold smoke. Connect at top, get one going feeding smoke to other. Anxious to try this, but wouldn't justify two for this.
