I have bought a few air tools from them and never had any issues. Ion not sure if I want to Chance somethings by that has the weight of a truck on it.  HF Is right on my way home, just easy to get to.  I'll drive a few more miles

Harbor Freight has some decent tools. They also have some garbage ones as well.
The tow hooks you are talking about look just like the ones from Walmart.
