They are the same as any tj coil.  Some have a different spring rate but dont expect to get any lift unless your springs are sagged.  I think matt put some on a 4cyl jeep and didnt even get an inch.

yep  i used them was only worth 5/8" and I am sure that is probably more to do with the engine size and not the fact that they came out of a rubicon. Lengths were identical, spring rate is different. I have a pic somewhere I will post comparing the two side by side.

I got about an inch on my TJ w/ a 2.5L when i put them on but my coils were sagging a bit.

Lengths were identical, spring rate is different. I have a pic somewhere I will post comparing the two side by side.

x2 i was surprised when i pulled the ones off of my TJ and they looked nearly identical in size.

But to answer your question, no they are not too hard to pull off in my personal opinion. If you have not messed with that kind of stuff you may think its a pain but I think they are easy.  I should have a pic of the coils next to each other around somewhere i'll see if i can find it.

I have pics of the rubi and the 4" lift coils  ;D

Also a pic of the rear rubi coil on the ground after it came out during some wheeling  :-\

{btt}  As far as getting them in, it is an easy process. Disconnect the front axle and either let it flex all out and remove by having someone stand on the side or you can use a forklift to raise one side on the rear to let the spring sag. I changed mine in under 5 minutes.
I've grown tired of this.

a bottle jack on top of the axle helps too if you need more room.  I got an inch or so out of mine, but mine may have been sagging too.

Just jack up on the axle on the opposite side your working on. This makes the opposing side sag even more. Super easy.
