The RTIC soft 30 just came in.  Initial inspection indicates it's good to go!  I'll use it at Chocco in a bit over a week to validate before I officially cut over from a hard side.

Guys I'm skeered of the soft side. Catching on something and ripping it. How do you over come that risk

I think the 30 is too big for my needs, but I guess I'll find a way to make it work.  I should have measured first.

Is 30 cans accurate on the size? How much wall is around it? A lot like the hard coolers?

Keep it in the jeep?
My coolers are in and out of the jeep and get used at the lake too, so not feasible or probable.

They're pretty robust. While they are "soft", they maintain shape very well and don't feel flimsy. I have the 20, and I cinch-strapped directly to my roll cage. I keep it tight enough that I can't shake it/move it while full. The cooler hasn't compressed, and the sewn in loops didn't stretch or tear when I flopped.

I have a 20, may be willing to trade if you like the size of the 20 better. Hope to make Chocco and will have it with me.

Almost bought the 30 on that killer Amazon deal but decided against it
