Thanks Bobby.  I spoke to the guy (really nice guy) and it sounds like an awesome rig.  He lives 5 min from AOP.  315hp/312 torque to the wheels (he has the dyno details).  Heat and A/C work like factory.  Major rub is no emissions (I live in a county where this is required to tag).  He moved a little off his price for a cash offer but he knows what he has.  Not being able to tag it is a deal killer for me because the main reason I would look at something like this is not as a replacement to my current rig, but as an overland style rig.  I guess I need to stay on the JKU overland rig path...
