There is a pretty kickass black JKU with some white accents with a super charger, cage, Rubicon transfer case, pr44 w/RCV, ARB, 5.38s in Woodstock, but I'm just not sure that's what I want.

I see what you did there

What should the value of this be:  http://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/cto/5386467144.html
I've been over it thru detailed photos, appears to be a rubi 44 front, stock suspension, salvage title,  If it was auto, it's just a little high on price for me. No way with a clutch.  LS is the way to go anyway.

Is there some non-preferential reason to not pair an LS or Hemi with a clutch?  I was thinking I would go manual regardless of which vehicle I end up with next.

Issue is me and a clutch

Hi guys.  This one is mine.   It does have upgraded suspension with Elka shocks.

Have to wonder why he doesn't have the inspection done already.

Yep, I thought the same thing.

Damnit Clark, are you gonna jump right into an LS, 60s/40s, fully built JKU? ("For overland wheeling")

Ha!  I was just looking through Craigslist and saw this thing sitting there.

Clark just realizes he needs more room, it's ok..... :)

Truth!  I can't make up my mind, so I continue to look at everything...literally everything (XJ, LJ, JL, JKU, FJ, Tacoma, 4runner, etc etc)  I do think the JL is my favorite but cost concerns me.

It's ready for inspection now.  I can walk someone through paperwork.   I prefer not to spend $3K in taxes to then turn around and have the next guy do the same when it's transferred.   Taxes are due immediately upon approved inspection paperwork.

Dont' like double taxation.   Taxes are due immediately upon approved inspection paperwork.   I can do it but then have to pay $3k in taxes now and buyer has to pay same when doing the transfer.

Hi guys. This is my jeep.  It has new Currie RockJock 44 in front and has six inch teraflex suspension with Elka shocks.   It does have salvage title but is ready for rebuilt inspection.   I can do it myself but dont' think it would increase value by the amount of taxes it would take.    Seems to me to make sense to let someone else buy, inspect, pay tax once only.

Well, Marshall posted just as I was writing a post on it.  Told him to come over here if you guys had any questions on the Jeep.  I bought the white half doors off him and checked out the Jeep - not bad.

Awesome on the doors!

Since you sold the doors to Don, did the price drop by $6k    //::)//

Seriously...any overheating issues with that Hemi swap?

I will.  Unfortunately they looked really white on the black jeep but after heading home and giving them a wash,  I think they are "stone white" and my Jeep is "bright white".... going to have to get quotes on getting them sprayed which is what I didn't want to do.

You could consider running those magnetic covers like John used to have on his JK.  He may still have them sitting around.  @jd30005
