That's a once in a year or so deal. Pass it up now and wait another 12-18 months for one to pop up.

So, did you tell him you would buy it in 3 weeks?  Did you get any details on it?

Didn't get details but I have his number to call him.  I really did it to see if the deal was real.  Something would have to go if I bought this "project" - the Mercedes or my JKR.
