I see a stretch and a little suspension modification and that could be a really strong rig,

but its really purdy! (No V8)

That's a good looking TJ...
Most LCOG Builds are like a fat girl in Yoga Pants, just cause it fits doesn't mean it works...

Why do you need a V8?  I'd probably rather have a stroker I6 in that rig.

I often think the same thing with my TJ and then I hear Danny, Steve's YJ, Scott or Biscuit get on it on an obstacle and realize that nothing beats a V8...  ;-)

There is that!  Lot of money to spend for more noise.  I'm a V8 guy through and through but practicality has to enter at some point.

If I could sell my '14JKR I'd pay but that white TJ and buy a tow rig as my DD.  F250 4x4 Diesel.

I have wheel with both and the v8 is a lot more than just noise. What would be wrapped up on a stroker build would be more than a v8 and will never match the ability of a v8.

What's the going rate on ROI for mods? 50% 40% 30% 0%?

The problem with selling a molded Jeep is that too many don't have cash for the newer Jeeps.

I figure 50-60% of the cost of the parts... not much if anything for the labor.  Yours is new enough that someone could get a bank loan on it, right?
