Thinking about trading up. I've got a stock 2010 JKU Sahara 6 speed manual. Would this be worth it for the locker, lift, and 4:10 gears, or should I just stick with mine and slowly build it up myself?

It would depend on what they give you for yours. Seems like a pretty good deal

Doing gears, lockers and 4:1 transfer case in yours is bound to be $4-5k.  Lift is another $1-2k.  These are ballpark....

Biggest question is what your plans are for the Jeep if you had these upgrades.

At some point it might be cheaper to sell yours are find one built like the one you linked to.

I think it's a great deal, but I'm probably a few grand upside down in mine I would assume.

Kelly Blue Book as a Cash Offer program that will let you know exactly what you'll get.  I did it with my old JKU and got more than I would've on a straight trade (based on phone calls I had made).

Not a big deal, we bang the corners anyway.  We don't have show cars.
Wait, MOST of us don't have show cars.

I would inspect the corners/rear/fenders area thoroughly and if nothing found and proper repair seen, use that as leverage in the deal.  Wouldn't scare me away.

Clark - you got a free carfax account or something?

Danny would prob agree, but the whole "wreck" thing is all relative, the only ones id def stay away from are water/flood damaged and fires. Airbag deployment is so common in todays collision industry AND its extremely well regulated. If they catch you installing and or not installing what the OEM requires thats it for your business. Not that all shop owners give a shit lol, but most do. All im saying in addition to what Don said, look it over, if the repair is enough to worry about it will be obvious, other than that beat em down on the price and get you a deal.
