Seems that even the folks with the uber sweet home garages and on Garage Journal use the U.S. General with great luck.
Most LCOG Builds are like a fat girl in Yoga Pants, just cause it fits doesn't mean it works...

My SuburbaMax Guy has another sweet one for sale...

Resisting the urge.

Might be picking up a 2017 Yukon SLT this weekend.  It isn't the Denali with the 6.2 but damn nice.

Agreed.  Several folks, including Doug, use their gasser family haulers to pull their rigs around.  I'd get the bigger engine...but it's easy to spend your money.

I couldn't hold 55 on flat ground in FL with my 09 suburban with a head wind pulling the Jeep and it sure sucked when i got to the hills in GA.  got 7mpg. It was a turd.

My tahoe did much better even with 250000 miles on it.

I think in general suburbans suck. Heck I bet you could throw a duramax in them and they would still pull worse than a worn out 7.3.

It's a 7.3 world.  Every other truck is just living in it

Did you know that when a 7.3 gets 500k miles on it that it is just getting broken in?  Truth. Saw it on Craigslist.
