Could be an actual LS1 5.7 or could be a old school chevy 5.7. It is possible that is hemi but unlikely with the TH400.

FS from another forum I visit.

 If someone was looking for an OBA setup, this is under half what it'd cost at Dominion/SWAG + from a reliable seller.

You can use air from a tank to run an air locker.  Yes.
