I remember @tcdawg asking a year or two ago about these jump batteries and figured it worth posting for anybody still looking for a solid boost/charger/jump for 12v.
I use the gb70 model &:it's been worth every penny after 3 years.
I can jump the Jeep JK, xj and the ram hemi , all consecutively , 40-50 times on a charge .
KK & I charge our phones , tablets, the Rugged handset radio, in our tent w/ it as we sleep when on GATR overnight rides.  Next morn, just let it charge while we trailride the next day via USB.
This was on Amazon this morning for the  gb40 NOCO . Its a good deal for a $100,  thru noon today,  if you're looking for backup 12v power:

Really wish I had a 3/4 ton...

If it makes you feel better about not picking that up, you probably would be overweight with 3/4 ton.  Looks like you would need a 1 ton to have enough Payload capacity to take the pin weight plus people/cargo etc.

Something isn't right about that information.  They can haul greater than 3k lbs and pull greater than 18k lbs.

You would just adjust the placement of the Jeep on the back to balance the pin weight, no?

@clark123456 your right, not sure why Ram’s site would list those numbers.  Elsewhere I see the GVWR is 10,000, so there’s no way the vehicle weight is 8,100 leaving that roughly 1,900 payload it was showing.  Wonder what the rear axle weight rating is.  Should be around 6K on a SRW.

Yes but would have to keep it in the safe range and not go too light on the tongue weight.  If that trailer was 10k, you would be looking at 1,200-1,500 lbs on the ball. So subtract that from the rear axle rating and the GVWR of the truck.

Correction- looks like 15% is the low end for pin weight on a GN. So your looking at 1,500 and up.

Yeah, no problem.  I was just wanting to ensure we keep crushing @TravisMac 's dreams.  :)
