12voltguy.com. I will be looking into the incab winch panel. Nice to have this so I don't have to get dirty or wet!

Cool website! Go to Fry's Electronics and you should be able to find everything you need to build one of these yourself for a lot cheaper. You can also find all sorts of electrical schematics online that show you how to hardwire your winch in to a switch mounted in your cab and you will still be able to plug in your external wired remote as well. I saw a write up on this exact thing a little while back on my toyota forum and I will try to see if I can find it for you.
