We sold our house so have been house hunting lately and it is ridiculous how expensive everything has gotten around Atlanta! I used to think this was a pretty affordable place to live but holy hell.

On the bright side we got quoted 2.1% on a 15 year loan, 2.5% on a 30. That’s crazy cheap money.

We never planned to stay in this house for a long time. We did a monster renovation on it and added a second story and gutted the main level. It’s too nice for what we care about and we want a better place to store all 3 cars and the trailer without tripping all over everything. Being home all the time has just accelerated everything

Makes sense. We were just saying if this stuff was happening when we bought our house it probably would have changed our plans
