Bilstein shock certificate

I’m having trouble with company. I have left two voicemails with marketing and no returns or even sales knows nothing. There is no b8 5160. So sales told me u can pick what shocks u want but no communication with marketing. Who was the one to issue this. Any help would be great!

Marketing called me back from bilstein after voicemail. I sent my info over by email and I will follow up tomorrow to make sure she received the email.

So now I have waited two months now and dealing with this lady and now their phone numbers don’t work for me. She mentioned on the phone that she forgot to send the order through and she would update me. I have been very patience and not call or send emails waiting on her to call . Nothing so I sent a  regular email to talk with a manager since this has happen. This crap is pissing me off now.
