alright fellas, now that you have been on the trails... would a 32" tire do alright there (no, not the crappy ones I have now)? As in taking the same route as the night ride and then the same route the smaller group Saturday?

Absolutely you would be fine on 32's. I ran them out there and RooB is still running them, and that's with a longer wheel base. I personally would go with 33x12.50's just to get the extra width unless you're talking about picking up some Rubi tires. Either way, you'll be fine with the shorter wheel base.

Might have a little trouble around pinch rock completely open with 32s. I would have at least one locker. But you do have a winch so I think you would be fine were ever.

What happen to the other ones?

And Jerm, you'd be fine on some aggressive 32"s. Like Matt said, Pinch Rock would of been your only problem, but you got a winch. Add the Aussie like you want, and you'd be good to go.

Jerm, you will be fine on that size. Considering Mark drove that CJ up everything we di with stock suspension and a somewhat street tire! I was really impressed with that thing!

Just wanted to give everybody an update on Scout. Sunday morning I examined his foot really well, and found a raw area that he had been licking. There was an area between his toes that looked like it had a couple of thorns, kind of looked like cactus spikes. I wasn't sure it wasn't hair, but I pulled them out and he hasn't limped since. Poor fella would have had a lot better time if I could have found them earlier.

Dang, I wish we could have fixed him up instead of him limping all weekend.  He's like a man and his Jeep though.  He is gonna keep going, come hell or high water.

Next time we need to hold that dog down and look him over. He just hates being messed with like that. I hate knowing it was that easy of a fix! He is a true mascot to us all!!!
