Fuel cells and return lines
« on: December 02, 2019, 03:31:07 PM »
I'm looking at this fuel cell:

https://www.jegs.com/i/JAZ-Products/547/270-016-NF1/10002/-1

And I noticed it doesnt have a return line port. I can add one, but.... why is it excluded.

Do you use one at the tank, or run a regulator/pump that allows for the return hookup? Any option better than the other, and why?

I think the sending unit you put in the large middle hole will have your output fitting and a return fitting.

That’s the way mine is.

Or you can just t in the return line to the input side of the fuel pump.

Edit* sounds like this might not be the best option.

Here's a good video for installing the return port. I noticed that Jaz sells a anti ariation tube.
