I have to resist the urge to run to HD, trying to knock out projects around the house and it’s 5 min down the road. Gonna Amazon as much as possible.

I’ve noticed that even though it says May as estimated delivery date, I’ve still been getting stuff in 3-4 days (we’ve ordered a lot of toys in the past 2 weeks!)

Bro we aren’t even leaving the house unless absolutely necessary or to drive the Jeep up on grassy.

Same - we’ve been doing Instacart lately. Kind of funny how its the first app we check in the morning to see if there are any delivery times available

I was at both the Canton Lowe’s and Home Depot today. Both parking lots were full or at least what a normal Saturday looks like. Home Depot was limiting the number of people in the store at once by counting people in and out. Lowe’s has plexiglass up to block the cashiers didn’t regulate the entrances like HD.

I went to Lowe's and home depot today due to an unplanned exterior door replacement...long story, not going into details.

Lowes (Acworth) was not slammed, but it was busy.

The home depot (Acworth) was slammed, and people were waiting in line, so we went to the one in Kennesaw area.  Another freaking line, so we decided to get in it.  They were only allowing 100 shoppers in at a time.  The dude at the entrance told us that he had people wanting to fight him, and asking what time he got off work so they could fight.  Can you ducking believe that crap.

Then I had to get a tool for the task, so I ended up selecting HD due to price and availability. I ordered online, hoping they would put it in one of those self serve pick-up boxes (no joy).  Then I realised they close at 6 pm now.  @BlueJew had told me that the other day, but it didn't sink in until I realized I only had 25 minutes or so to go grab it.  Lowes is open until 830.

Edit:  Crap, after reading Scott's post I realized it was Lowe's that had the sneeze shield, not home despot.

We got nothing but time these days. Did it involve cats? I hope it did.

In regards to the fighting the employees - I went to Academy Sports thursday to get Harper a splash pool since they were doing Curbside pick up (kind of nice. I showed them my ID and they threw the pool in the back of the truck), but while we were lined up some asshole pulls up and leaves his truck running in the middle of the lane while he tries to skip the line to go in to the store. They of course weren’t having this which causes him to flip his shit and ends with him flooring it out of the parking lot, nailing a curb on the way out. Quite entertaining.

Not cat related.

Yeah, people are nuts.  Hopefully he damaged his tire and/or wheel
