I always do turkeys at Thanksgiving and swear I’m going to do them during the year because they are so good, but I never do. Best way to cook one IMO. Looks great.

The brine is key.  Works great on chicken too

It was an ordeal with thawing, brining, and smoking it.  It came out great though and was excellent.  Way too big of a bird but Publix didn't have any smaller and was already there.  Saw 13lb Turkeys at Kroger the next day.  We froze an entire breast and have a ton of meat to eat the next couple of days.
