What are you smoking this weekend?

Going to pick up a pork shoulder on the way home and put it on the BGE tomorrow.  Also going to make some Eastern NC BBQ Sauce.  Going to have a big spread to watch Georgia kick the shit out of Alabama!

Had to implement the Texas Crush. Wrapped it in foil trap the steam to get it going.
