December 11 AOP Toy Run - DISCUSSION THREAD

What day do you want to arrive?
Do you want to have a Friday or Saturday night meal or chili cook off.
Throw out some ideals and see what the club can come up with.

I will start a check in thread after we get some discussion going.

As long as it's warm enough to camp I'd be down for a friday-sunday trip, otherwise could do a saturday day trip.

Chili cookoff would be good as long as the pavilion is available, though you should be able to run a handful of crock pots on a genny.

Yeah I'm not sure if the pavilion would be available Saturday night after the Toy Run.

According to Benji:

There is no event, they just collect toys at the office for entry into the park. The pavilion should be open, but he needs to clear it with the owners. I told him that it may only be a dozen of us and that him and Karen would be more than welcome to join us. So we will need to get head count.
