Grease gun for joints
« on: December 07, 2022, 10:02:51 PM »
I'm going to need a needle type grease gun for my branik joints. Surely the $100 yukon one isn't my only option, so what do you guys use and recommend?

I want a dedicated one just for the joints that I can keep on the  trailer

I tried to cheap out on mine and used a needle adapter. It leaks everywhere and that grease is too expensive to waste. I don’t know if it’s the type of grease since it had excellent reviews. As soon as this tube is gone I’ll bite the bullet and find something purpose built.

Pats currently building one using a needle filler he stole from his kids basketball pump and an old toothpaste tube.

This is actually better than my idea, so I'll try this first

Jay has one that came with his superjoints.  Just take his, he will never remember to grease his joints; therefore, he will never miss it.

The lock and lube grease gun has a zerk fitting on the top. I put on the needle, grease my joints, put the little needle in a bag , clip the grease gun on the nipple and there is no mess. Best grease gun i have ever used.
