Need some prayers. :(

My grandmother found out yesterday that she has cancer in her uterus. :(  She is handling the news as well as can be expected, but she is the last living relative I have other than my mother and aunt (her daughter).  I believe God can heal cancer and am praying such, but if He chooses not to, then I am praying for her to keep high spirits.

Definitely feel your pain on this one. My mom's mother has been battling cancer for the past 5 years. Everytime they think its gone, it shows up somewhere else. I will keep your family in my prayers. BTW how old is she?

Seems like all I've been doing lately is going to funerals and it sucks. :(

Yeah, she's 78 so it's not like she is a young gun, but as you know Matt, this kind of thing looming in the air SUCKS!

No doubt about it. We are always waiting for some good news, even if we know overall is bad. I think I have just hit that age where all the elders in my family are in bad shape. How well is the treatment for Uterus cancer? I dont know much about it. Most of my family was lost to Diabetes.

Prayers for you. I know how it is. My Grandmother was just diagnosed with cancer that has formed in her sinus cavities. She wants to refuse treatment and I think it is because she is ready to be with my grandfather who passed away a few months ago.
