What would you do?

I've found a cj7 sitting on an old flat bed scottsdale, it is sitting out in front of a line of storage units...a buddy of mine says its been sitting there for about a year or more...it has 38.5 swampers, beadlocks, v8, no seats, no windshield, and not sure about what axles they are, I should've taken a closer look at em...but the problem is there is no for sale sign on it, and I don't know how I would get ahold of the owner to ask if he wants to sell...I'm sure it'll just be someone who says, i'm just holding on to it to fix it up down the road- which means I'm just gonna let it sit and rust.....but anyway anyone have any ideas on how I could get ahold of this guy?? when I was pulling out someone walked out of the office and I'm thinking I might be able to get his number from the people there?

Thats where I would start. Most of the time like you said people wont get rid of stuff like that or they want alot for it.
