Looking for a Ford 7.5 Axle Shaft

Well, Aaron wrecked the Ranger this week and bent the right rear axle shaft. It looks like the tube is OK. Anybody know a source?

I'm gonna run by a salvage yard near my house tomorrow and see what I can find. It shouldn't cost too much. I don't think there is much demand for a 7.5 axle.

You should be able to find them easily and for cheap. Good luck and hope he's all right.

Oh, he's fine. Just made a stupid new driver mistake. He took a left turn in front of an oncoming car and they clipped the rear wheel, back corner and bumper. The axle will get it back on the road. If he wants the rest fixed, I guess he'll just have to get a job.  {toast}

Glad he is OK also. That is exactly how my first wreck happened, I was sixteen. My truck was still dented years later when I saw somebody else driving it. There is a pull a part of Moreland Ave. I know it's a ways for you to drive though.
