Prentice cooper ride

I was thinkinking of doing a ride up a prentice cooper around the biggening of the year ( if possible)  the trails are not dificult its just a nice place to ride and do a possible meet for the new year, from atlanta it takes about an hour and a half to get to.  If any one is interested let me know and i am open to dates and times to head up there, i would like to get a big group,  we could have a grillout or something.

its just a hair north of chattanooga tn.   its a national forest i'll see if i can find a link and post it.  it has some amazing views  its just a nice trail ride

its a wma  there are some pretty fun riding trails.  i am trying to find out when its closed. they lock it down from sundown to sunrise,  if you are there  when the ranger locks it down you have to camp  if he catches you even cranking your rig after dark its 125  for the fine.  I'm trying to find the pics i took last time i was up there

I checked it out awhile back.  Great place for a family camping outing.  Not a wheelin trip.

  you got to know the trails  there are several that are fun,  nothing super hard though.  like i said just a nice trail ride to get everyone together.

Count me in on this trip!!  Just pick a weekend and let us all know!! The Ringgold,GA Jeep Dealership does a Jeep Jam each year and went there on their first trail ride.  I missed it   I'd like to check it out!

I'm willing to go for a Saturday/Sunday trip if anyone else doesn't mind a little chill in a tent, campfires, beer, the wife & a mutt.
